    The convenience charge for delivery or curbside is set at 3.99 per order. However, we currently wave this fee if your order is over $100.

    Your food is hand-­selected by one of our grocery professionals. You can also add a note to any item in your cart: if you’d like your bananas a little green, or if you want your deli meat sliced extra thin, we can make that happen.

    We strive to only display products that are in stock. However, it may occur that a product is out of stock at the time your order is picked by our grocery professional. You may specify in advance if you’d like a substitute item if this occurs. This can be done as a default setting for all items you purchase, or you can set this preference for individual items.

    To alter your default substitution settings, visit the My Preferences page. For individual products, you can click on the image of any product you want to purchase, and a window will appear. At the bottom of this window is the substitution indicator that displays two options:

    • Best Substitute: This tells the grocery professional to find the closest similar item to the one you’ve ordered.

    • No Substitute: This lets the grocery professional know that if the item is out of stock it is not to be replaced, and instead it will be cancelled from your order.

    Of course, you will not be billed for items removed from your order for being out of stock.

    During the checkout process, you will be able to select a desired timeslot for delivery or pickup. These timeslots are in 1-hour blocks and can be scheduled up to 4 days in advance.

    We also offer same day delivery/pickup options for orders placed before noon on most days.

    All major credit cards are accepted. We are also working hard to get approval to accept SNAP/EBT Online in the near future.

    We have partnered with Rosie to bring our customers an online shopping experience. They are a leader in providing online grocery ordering services to small independent grocer around the country. Additionally, all of your credit card data is processed through Stripe and/or First Data. The same companies we use in our store to process thousands of credit card transactions each week.
